  All application entries must be focused on HMIs and geographically distributed SCADA applications (Geo-SCADA). Entries in this category should focus on a Wonderware HMI/Supervisory application. Preference will be for the application providing the most business value, including sustainability, cost reduction, increased efficiency/profitability.
• Best Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Application
  All application entries should focus on any the following categories.
  1. Multi-site MES solutions
  2. Business system to plant-floor integration
  3. Production management applications based on or integrated with Wonderware software in one or more of the following areas: scheduling, formula/recipe management, batching
• Best Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI) Application
  All application entries should focus on any the following categories.
  Performance management applications based on or integrated with Wonderware software in one or more of the following areas: production performance, reporting/aggregation, quality, traceability, downtime, OEE, KPI.
• Best Mobile Solution Application
  All application entries should focus on the following requirements:
  1. Solutions should demonstrate field operational excellence
     • via optimized work processes and the execution of best practices
  2. Mobile solutions should promote a high reliability organization
     • Operator Driven Reliability (ODR), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives
  3. Mobile solutions should promote energy efficiency or process optimization
     • Sustainability and green initiatives
  4. Production tracking and compliance applications
     • EPA Title V, Process Safety Management (PSM), OSHA 1910, FDA CFR Part 11
  5.Mobile Learning – maximizing the value of human resources
• Best Industry Solution
  All application entries should focus on any the following industries:
  1. Facility Management Systems
  2. Food & Beverage
  3. Consumer Package Goods
  4. Water & Wastewater
  5. Power Generation
  6. Mining & Metals
  
  All entries must demonstrate real time operational excellence using the Wonderware industry solutions.

Prizes

North America

Each category winner will receive a Wonderware Open trophy plus free admission to OpsManage'09.

A single best in show “Pinnacle Award” will be selected during the WonderWorld conference from the winners of each category. The Pinnacle Award winner will receive a Wonderware training seat, $1000 in cash and a Wonderware Success Story video for the customer.

All application entries that have placed will be published in the Wonderware website acknowledging all distributors and Solution Providers.

Europe – Russia – Africa (EMEA)

For the EMEA Contest, we will have only ONE winner per category and the prizes for the winner are:

• Trophy
• Free admission to the OpsManage'09.
• Unique interview published in Pan European magazine and/or local press.
• One free training session for 2 persons at a local Wonderware/Distributor office.
