Equipment Operations Module 2.1 Course
The Equipment Operations Module course is a 2-day, instructor-led class that provides you with a fundamental understanding of the Wonderware® Equipment Operations Module. The Equipment Operations Module works in conjunction with the Wonderware System Platform to provide formula management capabilities and real-time production events collection to an ArchestA® application. The Equipment Operations Module includes the Production Events Module and the new Formula Management Module. The Formula Management Module adds fixed procedure formula management to a Wonderware Application Server application. It allows you to create, load, edit, and download formulas within the ArchestrA environment to other objects or external devices. The Production Events Module captures and records information about production events in the context of the logical plant model. It allows you to monitor, report, and analyze production data related to genealogy of materials (lots, batches, or serial numbers), equipment usage, personnel associated with production activities, and other relevant production events.
InControl Software Course
InControl is one of the family of tools comprising the Wonderware FactorySuite of process control solutions for factory floor applications. InControl is a real-time application and open-architecture package that allows you to design, create, test, and run application programs for controlling your process. InControl is designed to create, execute and monitor real-time control processes on the factory floor. This software supports various programming languages including: Relay Ladder Logic (RLL), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), Function Block (FB), Structured Text (ST), and Instruction List (IL). When InControl is installed on an industrial computing platform, it is designed to provide capabilities similar to that of high-end Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and provide the user with the capabilities to program, develop, and edit a control program without the use of a PLC. InControl is compatible with the IEC 61131-3 international programming language specification.
Manufacturing Execution Module 1.0 Foundation and Modeling Course
Manufacturing Execution Module 1.0 Foundation and Modeling course is a 3-day, instructor-led class that provides you with a fundamental understanding of how Manufacturing Execution Module 1.0 Foundation and Modeling Software is utilized as a plant-wide tracking and modeling application. This is accomplished through the construction and fine-tuning of an operations/production model based on a business case. The model includes materials tracking, materials consumption, and production process evaluation. Design concepts to build a Manufacturing Execution Module 1.0 Foundation and Modeling Software model are provided.
Manufacturing Execution Module 1.0 Developer Course
Manufacturing Execution Module Developer course is a 5-day, instructor-led class designed to provide you with knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Module Developer software's database configuration, the basics of OLE automation principles, ActiveX principles, and their use in production tracking and modeling. This course will provide you with an in-depth understanding of Manufacturing Execution Module Developer software automation capabilities by using OLE and ActiveX technology in customization of an applied business case.
SCADAlarm™ 6.0 Event Notification Software
The Wonderware SCADAlarm™ 6.0 Event Notification Software course is a 1-day instructor-led course designed to provide the participants with a familiarity of the product features and functions, including Telephone and Speech Drivers, Notification Methods and Control Schedules. In addition, the student will understand how to configure event notification alarms in a SCADAlarm system for their specific environment.
Wonderware Condition Based Monitoring Course
This is a 3-day, instructor-led course that provides lectures and hands-on labs will cover both installation/configuration and system administration of the Wonderware Condition Based Monitoring Solution (powered by Mtelligence). The course will provide preliminary certification for Maximo and Datastream-based rollouts (final certification requires passing exam, and one side-by-side deployment of CBM with Mtelligence field service personnel). Integration to SAP plant maintenance will also be covered, although not in enough detail for certification purposes, as this will require a separate course. This course will walk attendees through installation, setup, and connection to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). For condition monitoring, it will cover connectivity to plant floor systems including legacy OPC and plant historians, as well as deeper integration with Wonderware System Platform, and mapping Wonderware object model to the CMMS asset model. Attendees will learn how to create Meter-based PM and CM profiles to automatically upload equipment runtime hour values into CMMS-defined meters, and how to create Asset Health rule profiles for more advanced condition assessment for predictive work order generation.
