Wonderware Adds New Features
to Support Program

In July, Wonderware will be introducing some fantastic changes to our customer support program. With these changes, we will deliver even more valuable benefits and resources to help you be successful with your Wonderware products. The changes will also provide much more flexibility, enabling you to choose exactly the right level of program benefits to meet your business goals.  

To ensure that you are able to take advantage of all of the valuable program benefits when they become available, make sure you keep your support agreement up-to-date!

Wonderware Achieves Business Milestone

Wonderware, a business unit of Invensys, announced that it has achieved a significant milestone by having its customers actively deploying more than 500,000 software licenses around the globe.  Approximately one-third of the world’s plants run Wonderware software solutions. Software licenses have been sold to more than 100,000 plants/facilities worldwide, which accounts for 33 percent of the world’s 305,544 plants with 20 or more employees. Read more»

Frost & Sullivan Awards Wonderware Product of the Year

Fifth Consecutive Year as Top Automation and Information Software Vendor

For the fifth consecutive year, Wonderware, a business unit of Invensys, has received Frost & Sullivan’s 2008 "Product of the Year" in the human-machine interface (HMI) category.  Wonderware InTouch 10.0 and System Platform 3.0 software also were recognized for their ability to assist manufacturers in achieving operational excellence by maximizing equipment utilization and operational effectiveness.

In making the award, Frost and Sullivan said that customers using InTouch 10.0 HMI and System Platform 3.0 software identified several outstanding features including ease-of-use offered by ArchestrA graphics, scalability via object-based creation, interoperability with other hardware and robust customer support.  These factors were cited as key to reducing engineering time and lowering overall lifecycle costs. Customer Support Shipment 2008 Volume 1   

Wonderware is pleased to announce that the Customer Support Shipment 2008 Volume 1 will start shipping in May.

This shipment is loaded with new products and updates for your Wonderware software applications as well as technical resources and other information designed to help you make the most of your Wonderware investment.

What’s in this Shipment?

The Customer Support Shipment Volume 1 should reach you in a newly designed and striking shipment box, so that you will know to give it immediate attention. The contents will include current promotional items, as well as brand new product and informational CDs. The CDs will be delivered to you in pages ready to be stored in your Customer Support binder which you should have received with your Volume 2, 2007 shipment or your new membership materials. There will be a total of 10 CDs and 1 DVD in this shipment.
